Its been a minute since our last update so here is the latest on the road with Maxwell.
Maxwell and the band experienced an incredible out pour of love from the crowd at the Macufe Music Festival, it became pretty obvious that the people of South Africa dig them some Maxwell. The feeling was mutual!
The Dutch truly represented at Heinekin Music Hall and welcomed Maxwell to Amsterdam for his only European stop on the Live 08 tour. Although the show started later than expected, the capacity crowd of 5000 did not disappoint and can definitely look forward to Maxwell returning next year.
As Maxwell said in his twitter, Boston was no joke and really set the tone for the US leg of the tour. The Opera House was full of sexy people dressed to the 9’s – dont think we didnt see you all : )

Returning next year to the Netherlands! That’s a promise! I’m definitely going to be there again! Actually hoping for a smaller venue… Paradiso for example – like in 1996?

Unfortunately I’ve never seen Marvin Gaye in concert, but I believe you have everything to surpass him!

Just wanted to say I enjoyed the show at Radio City Music Thursday night. I will also be attending the Greensboro NC show. A big fan and U did not dissapoint at all. Love the new music and can’t waite for the new CD.

The Show in Amsterdam was defintely the Higest of the High.. Loved every moment of it and cant wait to see ya live in concert again..Don’t make promises you can’t keep up with because I will hunt you and bring your ass back to the Netherlands..Take care and blow them away..

I saw you in all of your fabulousness in NYC and will be enjoying the show in Atlanta. This was the most fabulous show that I seen Max do….it was incredibly awesome. He looked good, sounded good and felt good ( I got to hug him after the show!!!!)
